Ingrid Baele

Ingrid Baele possesses a robust background in research and intellectual property management, beginning as a Researcher at the University of Antwerp, where focus was on electron microscopy studies of NiMn alloys and ceramics. Transitioning to Philips Intellectual Property & Standards, Ingrid held multiple leadership roles, including VP, Head of Operations, and IP Portfolio Manager, overseeing business infrastructure, operations, and global IP portfolios while leading significant projects related to IP management systems and information security. Following a tenure at Philips Research focusing on semiconductor lasers, Ingrid currently advises on technology and transformation at Deloitte Belgium, specializing in IP advisory and tech implementations. Ingrid holds a Master in Physics from the University of Antwerp.
