Yousef al-Kateefi

Yousef Al-Kateefi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT operations and technology leadership, currently serving as EVP - Head of Global IT Operations and IBG Technology at the National Bank of Kuwait since May 2016. Previous roles at the National Bank of Kuwait include Head of Global IT Operations and IBG Technology, Head of IT Operations, and various managerial positions focused on IT infrastructure. Prior to this, Yousef worked at Zain from October 2008 to May 2016 in various capacities, including NOC Team Leader and Network Operation Specialist. Yousef's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University and several executive development programs from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and INSEAD, focusing on digital transformation and leadership.
