Ioana Ban

Ioana Ban is the Chief Information Security Officer at Deloitte, a position held since 2023, following their role as Information Security Manager from 2019 to 2023. They interned in Information Security at OMV in 2019 and previously gained experience as a Business Development Intern at Dpointgroup in 2017, and as a Lifeguard during a Work and Travel program in 2015. Ioana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Economic Forecasting and a Master's Degree in IT Security from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as participating in Erasmus Exchange programs in Computer Science and IT Security at Hanzehogeschool Groningen and Universidade de Aveiro, respectively. They completed their foundational education in Mathematics and Computer Science at National College "Traian Doda," Caransebes.
