Jacquelyn Barnes, CPA, is a Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they have worked for 18 years specializing in Subchapter C taxation and accounting for income taxes. They currently serve in Deloitte’s National Tax Accounting Group, collaborating with both private and public companies to compute their ASC 740 calculations and manage related financial statement disclosures.
