Jan Guldmand

Jan Guldmand is an Equity Partner in International Tax at Deloitte Danmark, contributing over 15 years of expertise in group taxation, international taxation, and restructuring. As a member of Deloitte's Danish tax management, Jan has authored numerous books and articles on international and EU tax laws. Previously, Jan held leadership roles as the Head of Tax in Aalborg and in Midt- og Nordjylland, reflecting a long-standing commitment to complex tax planning and restructuring. Jan earned degrees in HA, cand.merc.aud from Aarhus Universitet and became a State Authorised Public Accountant through Erhvervsministeriet.
