Jeff Loucks

Jeff Loucks is the Executive Director of Brand, Marketing, and Thought Leadership at Deloitte, where they lead initiatives for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. They are also the founder and executive director of Deloitte's Center for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, which provides data-driven insights through original research. Previously, Loucks held roles at Cisco, including Senior Manager and Director, where they directed research and authored influential thought leadership across multiple industries. Loucks founded Raincity Partners, a consulting firm providing market intelligence and sales enablement, and co-founded the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation, contributing to the award-winning book *Digital Vortex*. They are currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Toronto while holding a BA and MA in Political Science from the same institution.
