Jessica Dickson

Jessica Dickson is a strategic initiatives leader and governance advisor, currently serving as Partner at Deloitte and Senior Vice President at Castlemain. With over a decade of experience, Jessica has supported Indigenous, federal, and provincial governments, as well as non-profit organizations, focusing on the well-being and rights of marginalized and Indigenous peoples. Jessica previously held the role of Vice President of Governance and Policy at The Castlemain Group and worked as an Evaluation Analyst for the Government of Canada. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria.
