Joseph DiLeo

Joseph DiLeo is an Audit Managing Director at Deloitte, where they lead marketplace activities related to Accounting and Reporting Advisory services and deliver audits for both private and public companies. With over 13 years spent in Deloitte’s National Office, Joseph specialized in formulating policies on accounting standards and managing complex SEC reporting considerations. Their expertise spans revenue recognition, leases, and financial reporting across various industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and retail. Joseph's international experience includes a two-year assignment in Milan, Italy, and they currently serve as the Diversity and Inclusion Leader for the Upstate NY practice. Joseph earned a BS and BA in Accounting and History from St. John Fisher College.
