Daniel O'Leary

Daniel O'Leary, CPA, CISSP, serves as the Director of Technology Audit and Advisory at Protiviti since November 2015, where responsibilities include supporting clients with information technology needs related to internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Prior roles at Protiviti included Associate Director and IT Audit Senior Manager, focusing on IT internal audits predominantly in the Energy sector. Daniel's earlier experience includes coordinating the Information Risk Management program at Chevron and serving as a Sr. Consultant at Deloitte, where auditing IT controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act was a primary focus. An active member of the High Plains Bank Board of Directors since January 2024, Daniel holds a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, completed in 2008.
