Kapil Thukral

Kapil Thukral is a Principal Evaluation Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, a position they have held since 2008. Previously, Kapil worked as a Director at Deloitte from 2004 to 2008 and as a Senior Consultant at Nexant Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Kapil earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Energy Policy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, after obtaining a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, also from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
