Katie Impelman

Katie Impelman is a mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring leader currently serving as a Senior Manager in M&A Human Capital at Deloitte. They began their career as an Associate Campaign Manager at Rocket XL before advancing to the University of Southern California, where they became the Assistant Director overseeing enrollment management services for the Doctor of Medicine program. After their tenure at USC, they joined Deloitte, progressively moving through roles including Manager and Culture in M&A Offering Lead. Katie holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and is pursuing a BA in Sociology at Occidental College, along with a Master of Education from USC’s Rossier School of Education.
