Kaylee Davis is currently an Art Director in Marketing Excellence at Deloitte US, where they support the Tax Agile pod with various design projects and contribute to Project Accessibility for individuals with disabilities. An alum of the SHINE design program, Kaylee mentors new design SHINErs and provides training in PowerPoint and Unconscious Bias while participating in the first DEI Council of Marketing Excellence. Previously, they gained experience through internships and roles in graphic design at Towson University Athletics, Disabled Sports USA, and other organizations. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Towson University.
