Kendal Smith

Kendal Smith has diverse experience in customer service and business analysis, serving as a Server at Capital Ale House from May 2022 to August 2024, where engagement with customers and in-depth knowledge of a comprehensive menu were key responsibilities. An internship at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the Enterprise Architecture Division involved developing a Power BI mechanism for data rationalization and presenting findings to senior leadership, showcasing skills in data presentation and project management. Currently, Kendal serves as an Incoming Strategic Risk Business Analyst at Deloitte and as a Project Manager for the Madison Consulting Club, while previously working as an Office of Workforce Engagement Intern at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Kendal is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at James Madison University, expected to graduate in 2025.
