Kunal Udeshi

Kunal Udeshi is currently the Director of Financial Advisory - M&A Transaction at Deloitte India, where they assist private equity players and strategic buyers with mergers and acquisitions, focusing on financial due diligence in the consumer business and retail sectors. With over five years of experience in the Big 4 and the consumer sector, Kunal has previously held various roles at Deloitte, including Manager and Associate Director in Financial Advisory for M&A Transactions. Kunal began their career as an Article Assistant at V.K. Baheti & Co, where they handled investigation and internal audits, among other responsibilities. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance and are a qualified Chartered Accountant.
