Leila Osmen

Leila Osmen is currently an Audit and Assurance Director at Deloitte Tunisia and a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional. With extensive experience in both multinational and local companies, they specialize in statutory audits, internal controls, and performance management, and have worked on audits for projects financed by international donors. Leila has climbed the career ladder from junior positions to director, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. They also contribute to education as an accredited trainer with the Tunisian state and have taught at Université Centrale Tunisia in the field of accounting and finance. Leila holds advanced degrees in accounting, taxation, and auditing, and is a member of the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants.
