Lindsay Bourne

Lindsay Bourne is the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Deloitte, specializing in international trade law with a focus on economic sanctions, export controls, and compliance. Lindsay previously served as an Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte from 2018 to 2025 and held positions as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges (2011-2013) and Sidley Austin LLP (2013-2017). Earlier in their career, Lindsay worked as a Legal Fellow at The Center for Justice and Accountability (2009-2011). Lindsay earned a BA in History and Political Science from Colgate University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School.
