Lorraine Mackin

Lorraine Mackin is a senior leader with extensive international experience in advising government entities, particularly in infrastructure, transport, and public services. They began their career as a Managing Consultant at TQMI ltd, specializing in continuous improvement before co-founding Ad Esse Consulting, where they grew a successful practice and formed strategic alliances with major firms. Lorraine has held significant roles at KPMG UK and EY, leading initiatives focused on service transformations and operational excellence. Currently, they serve as the UK Lead Partner for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Government at Deloitte and are an advisory board member at Rewired Earth, while also pursuing an MSc in Sustainability and Business at the University of Leeds.
