Marie Serrano

Marie Serrano serves as a Senior Manager and Global Chief of Staff within the Human & Social Services Practice at Deloitte. Previously, Marie held roles including Policy Advisor and Senior Consultant at the Ontario Cabinet Office, and Service Design Lead at Bridgeable, where they guided significant projects and won an award for Best Commercial Project. Marie undertook internships at Suez Environnement and Younow, and was involved in a cultural project with the European Union focused on suburban empowerment. Marie holds a Master's degree in Product and Service Design from L'Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique and an MBA in Design Management from IEMN-IAE, University of Nantes. Additionally, Marie is pursuing an Erasmus semester at Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus.
