Marta Gryga

Marta Gryga is currently the Head of Finance at Deloitte Central Europe BSC, bringing a wealth of experience in finance leadership, team development, and process improvement. With a career that began at Uniwheels Production, Marta served as a Financial Controller and Accountant before moving on to manage treasury operations at Abengoa. Subsequently, they held the role of Manager and Regional Treasurer at Deloitte Central Europe SSC from 2016 to 2021. Marta holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and Finances, alongside postgraduate qualifications in Controlling and Management Accounting. Passionate about empowering growth and fostering professional development, they have led multinational teams and navigated complex finance ecosystems throughout their career.
