Matthew Kraus

Matthew Kraus has extensive experience in human capital consulting and organizational development, beginning with multiple leadership positions at the City of Grand Rapids from January 1994 to December 2004, where the Leadership Development Strategy was successfully planned and executed. Following this role, Matthew served as the Organizational Development Manager at ARC Biomedical from December 2004 to October 2006, leading strategies across multiple Midwestern sites. After gaining further expertise at Accenture from November 2006 to January 2014, managing client relationships and consulting services for various industries, Matthew held a Senior Manager position at EY from January 2014 to October 2014, focusing on human capital consulting for financial services clients. Since October 2014, Matthew has progressed through roles at Deloitte, starting as a Senior Manager in Human Capital and currently serving as Managing Director, specializing in Human Capital and HR Transformation. Matthew's educational background includes a Master of Management from Aquinas College and ongoing doctoral studies in Education/Human Resources at Michigan State University.
