Megan E. Anderson, M.A., is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte’s Office for the Future, where they focus on human-centered strategy and experience design. With a strong background in psychology, Megan develops innovative, data-driven forecasts across various industries, leveraging neuro-foresight and inclusive design practices to navigate complexity. They are also a member of TED Conferences, the World Economic Forum, and the Association of Professional Futurists, contributing to discussions on leadership and sustainability. Megan previously served as a Deloitte Greenhouse Fellow and holds a graduate degree from Marymount University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
