Melinda Williams Reno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Lead Client Service Partner at Deloitte Consulting since April 2006, Melinda is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions and acting as a trusted advisor for a major healthcare client. Prior to this, Melinda held the position of VP of IT and Program Management at Concentra, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing claims processing and provider network operations. Melinda's career also includes roles as Manager at Andersen Business Consulting, where leadership was demonstrated in health plan claim transformation projects, and as Product Manager at Transition Systems Incorporated, which encompassed software engineering and development management. Melinda possesses an MBA in Health Care Management from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, graduating with high honors.
