Michelle Dollinger is currently the Chief of Staff at the Deloitte Center for Tech, Media & Telecom, having previously served as the Global Tech, Media & Telecom Industry Knowledge Leader. They transitioned from a knowledge strategy role, where they engaged stakeholders and enhanced collaboration to optimize business processes. Michelle has extensive experience in knowledge management, content strategy, and leadership, having served as the Past-President of the Special Libraries Association's NY Chapter. They hold a Master’s degree in Information and Library Science from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Buffalo State University.
