Neera Ridler-Mayor

Neera Ridler-Mayor, AIA, serves as the Workforce Analytics and Insight lead and Director at Deloitte, where a robust career spans from September 2008 to the present, including roles as Management Consultant in People Analytics and Actuarial Consultant. Previous experience includes actuarial internships with Deloitte in 2006 and 2007 and a role as a VAT Analyst at HM Revenue & Customs in 2005. Neera holds an Associate designation from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and earned a Master's degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, graduating in 2008. Early education was completed at Dame Alice Harpur School from 1993 to 2004.
