Neha Yadav is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in Learning & Development and Human Capital Consulting. Currently a Senior Manager at Deloitte since February 2011, Neha has successfully led transformative engagement projects in the US and India, focusing on learning, talent, and change solutions for global clients while overseeing project delivery and client relationship management. Prior to Deloitte, Neha served as an Assistant Manager in HR at Larsen & Toubro, where responsibilities included implementing the Balanced Score Card and facilitating leadership development programs. Neha began their career as a Software Developer at Persistent Systems, specializing in UI development for replication and ETL applications. Neha holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
