Nicholas Lieb

Nicholas Lieb is a Managing Director in the Merger, Acquisition & Divestiture (MA&D) practice at Deloitte, based in Cleveland, OH, where they currently lead financial due diligence teams in the Life Science & Health Care, manufacturing, and Technology sectors. With over 18 years of transaction advisory experience, Nicholas has managed significant domestic and international projects, developing expertise in areas such as normalized EBITDA and financial statement analysis. They began their career at Deloitte as a Staff Senior Accountant from 2001 to 2005 and later progressed to Manager and Senior Manager from 2005 to 2016, focusing on financial due diligence for a wide range of complex transactions. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University.
