Olia Shapel

Olia Shapel is the Head of Leadership & Talent Development at Deloitte Global, where they create a culture of intentional learning to foster career growth and support the holistic development of professionals. Prior to this role, Olia held various positions in talent development, including Senior Manager at Deloitte and Manager of Learning and Development at Ambius. They have a background in training, curriculum development, and relationship building across organizations. Olia earned a BA from Lawrence University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
