Oliver Migge graduated from Universität Hamburg in 2000 with a Diplom-Kaufmann in Economics. They began their career at KPMG Deutschland as an Assistant Manager from 2000 to 2008 before moving on to IR-One AG, where they served as Managing Director until 2011. Oliver then joined Deloitte, taking on roles as Senior Manager and Prokurist from 2011 to 2015, and ultimately became a Director.
