Paolo Cornetta

Paolo Cornetta is a Lead for Human Capital Strategy at Deloitte, bringing extensive experience in culture and leadership challenges, human capital transformation, strategic succession planning, talent management, and executive compensation. They previously held various senior roles in human resources at ING, UniCredit, and Banca Agricola Mantovana, among others. Currently, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors at Fondazione Venesio Ente Filantropico and have been involved in corporate governance through multiple educational programs, including studies at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
