Paul Fraser

Paul Fraser is a Director in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory Practice, where they lead the firm's risk and compliance proposition for Investment Management and Wealth firms in the UK. Paul has extensive experience in conduct regulation, the development of risk frameworks, and managing regulatory change programs while collaborating with Boards and governance forums on regulatory challenges. They previously worked at Northern Rock as a Customer Service Assistant from 2009 to 2010. Paul holds a CISI Diploma in Regulation and Compliance and a BSc(Hons) in Geography from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
