Peter Maniscalco is currently an M&A Tax Partner at Deloitte, where they lead the Special Acquisitions Services Group and serve as the M&A Tax Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader. Previously, Peter held various roles at Deloitte from Tax Staff to Tax Senior Manager between 2008 and 2011, and they interned at BlackRock in 2003-2004. Peter earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MS in Taxation from Saint John's University.
