Philip Coleman

Philip Coleman is a transformation leader with extensive experience in major programme delivery within financial services and public infrastructure. They began their career as an Analyst Programmer at Marks and Spencer and later held various leadership roles at Deloitte, most recently as Consulting Lead for Payments & Future of Money. Philip led significant initiatives including the Government Banking Programme and the Covid-19 National Testing Programme. They also have a background in managing large-scale M&A transactions and have contributed to major banking regulatory frameworks during their tenure at institutions like Lloyds TSB and HM Revenue & Customs. Philip graduated from Merton College, Oxford University, in 1995.
