Pierre Blanc is a certified actuary with 20 years of professional experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager leading Deloitte's HR M&A offer since November 2024. In this role, Pierre advises private equity firms and global corporations on HR due diligence, focusing on identifying people-related risks and opportunities as well as developing integration strategies. Previously, Pierre held various positions in major firms including roles in internal audit and pension underwriting at a large insurance company, as well as consulting roles at Deloitte and Hewitt Associates where expertise in employee benefits and M&A was cultivated. They completed their education at Toulouse School of Economics in 2003.
