Poorvi Sarin is currently a Director at Deloitte in Human Capital Consulting. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, they began their career as a Management Trainee in Consulting at Aon, where they honed skills in Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development. They subsequently held significant roles at PepsiCo and Reckitt, leading initiatives in Talent Management, Diversity, and Inclusion. With over 15 years of experience in HR, Poorvi has also pursued certifications in NLP and coaching, aiming to support professionals, especially women, in overcoming self-limiting beliefs and achieving fulfillment in their careers.
