Rita Hanna

Rita Hanna is a Culture, Leadership, and Behaviour Change Leader currently serving as a Director at Deloitte. Previously, they worked as a Consultant in People & Talent at PA Consulting Group, where they led numerous culture change initiatives for various organizations. Rita has also held managerial roles at KPMG UK, focused on culture transformation, and served as an Associate Coach at Genius Within, assisting dyslexic employees. They hold a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from City, University of London, and a first-class honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex.
