Roland Siem is a seasoned technical leader with over 29 years of experience in data warehousing, architecture, and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Director and National Azure Data & AI Lead at Deloitte, Roland provides leadership on data modernization and migration projects across the public sector. Previously, Roland held various roles at notable companies, including IBM and Zafin, where they contributed to innovative data solutions and led large-scale architectural initiatives. Roland earned a Master’s degree in Econometrics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
