Samira Bayat

Samira Bayat is a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, where they are currently responsible for recruitment. They have an extensive background in recruitment, having previously served as a Recruitment Manager at Bowman Gilfillan from 2010 to 2015 and as a Recruiting Manager at The Boston Consulting Group from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Samira worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in high-level recruitment within Investment Banking and Private Equity at Paton Personnel from 2005 to 2010. They began their career in academia as a Researcher and Part-time Lecturer at the University of KwaZulu Natal between 2004 and 2005. Samira holds multiple degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, including an MA in Global Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
