Sarah Rogers

Sarah Rogers is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, where they work with government and business leaders to design and build effective workforces. They lead Deloitte’s national Workforce, Analytics, Strategy and Planning team and the Human Capital’s Victorian Public Sector account, focusing on workforce strategy, AI-enabled workforce transformation, and talent management. Sarah joined Deloitte Consulting in 2007 after serving as General Manager at a management consulting company. Their experience spans across APAC, Europe, and the US, with a strong emphasis on public sector workforces as well as consulting for large private sector clients. Sarah holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in psychology from The University of Melbourne and an MBA from The University of NSW.
