Sian Strawbridge

Sian Strawbridge is an Assistant Director at Deloitte in the Real Estate Advisory division, specializing in valuation, land assembly, and compulsory purchase for regeneration and infrastructure schemes. Sian's career in real estate includes roles as a Manager at Deloitte, a Senior Surveyor and Associate at Carter Jonas, and a Chartered Surveyor earlier in that firm. They completed a Real Estate MSc with Distinction at Nottingham Trent University and hold a First Class Honours degree in Geology from Durham University. Sian also gained valuable experience through an internship at Gerald Eve and an insight week with Network Rail.
