Stephanie Aeder

Stephanie Aeder is currently the Director of Talent at Deloitte, where they are a member of the HR leadership team, managing various responsibilities including Total Rewards and Global Mobility across the US and India. Prior to Deloitte, Stephanie held several leadership positions at Kraft Foods, overseeing HR functions for multiple regions and leading teams responsible for thousands of employees. They also have experience in compensation management from their time at Campbell Soup Company and Altria, as well as consulting experience from their tenure at PwC. Stephanie is pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at New York University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fordham University.
