Sydney Terrones

Sydney Terrones is an experienced professional with a strong background in nonprofit management, project management, and consulting. As a co-founder and secretary at Operation Red Shoes from January 2017 to January 2022, Sydney played a key role in organizational development. Additional experience includes a foreign trade internship at Ministério da Economia and a project management position at Liesel Farm. Sydney's consulting expertise was further honed at Deloitte, serving as an AI & Data Engineering Consultant and then advancing to AI & Data Engineering Senior Consultant. Early career positions include internships in corporate communications at ServiceMaster and strategic partnerships at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Academically, Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Spanish, and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University, as well as dual Master of Public Affairs degrees focused on Information Systems and International Development from Indiana University Bloomington and the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
