Tarun Arora

Tarun Arora is the Partner and Transfer Pricing Leader at Deloitte India, with nearly 30 years of professional experience, including over 25 years in Transfer Pricing. They specialize in advising clients on complex Transfer Pricing issues and tax planning across various industries, with expertise in areas such as profit split models and Advance Pricing Agreements. Tarun has worked extensively with North American, European, and Asia-Pacific clients, gaining valuable experience in TP negotiations during a year in the United States. Additionally, they are an active contributor to the Transfer Pricing community, frequently speaking at forums and engaging with policymakers, while also leading the National Transfer Pricing practice at Deloitte and being recognized as one of the World’s Leading TP Advisers. Tarun is currently pursuing a Chartered Accountant designation and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
