Tayanah O'Donnell

Tayanah O'Donnell is the National Lead Partner for Climate Risk and Resilience at Deloitte Australia, where they lead a team dedicated to assisting governments and industries with climate-related strategies and policy implementation. With over 20 years of experience, Tayanah holds an award-winning Ph.D. in climate change adaptation and public policy and is admitted as a solicitor to the New South Wales Supreme Court. They have previously served as Executive Director of Future Earth Australia and as a Lecturer of Law at both Western Sydney University and the Australian National University. Tayanah is an Honorary Associate Professor at the Australian National University and has contributed extensively through publications, keynote speaking, and mentorship in climate action and disaster resilience.
