Timothy Hurley

Timothy Hurley is a Principal at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, bringing over 30 years of expertise in management and financial consulting with a focus on grants management, municipality and commercial restructuring, and higher education. They have spent 25 years at Deloitte, leading teams through significant financial advisory projects, including the largest U.S. municipal insolvency case and major recovery efforts after natural disasters. Earlier in their career, Timothy served as Assistant Treasurer at The Chase Manhattan Bank. They hold an MBA in Total Quality Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Finance from Providence College.
