Tom Rayner GAICD is a Partner in the Australian Strategy, Risk, and Transactions practice at Deloitte, bringing over 15 years of Governance and Risk transformation experience since joining the firm in 2009. With expertise spanning industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, and Energy, Tom specializes in developing governance frameworks and risk functions that enhance organizational effectiveness. They have also served as Board Treasurer for the Australian Institute of International Affairs and currently hold a Board Member position at FORM - Building A State of Creativity. Tom is actively pursuing the Company Directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and previously earned a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
