Víctor Moreno

Víctor Moreno is the Director of Strategy and Operations at BIM Consulting S.C., a position held since 2013. They bring over 20 years of experience in managing process reengineering projects, implementing information technologies, and developing corporate strategies across various industries, including consumer goods, manufacturing, finance, and government. Prior to this role, Víctor served as a Senior Consultant at Proudfoot Consulting and has been a Senior Manager at Deloitte since 2003, where they led significant projects like revenue management strategies for Grupo Modelo and operational model definitions for Caja Popular Mexicana. Víctor earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México between 2007 and 2009.
