Willem Blom

Willem Blom is currently the Deloitte Global Tax & Legal Leader, overseeing a market-leading practice with 11 billion euros in net revenue and more than 56,000 employees. Their professional journey spans 25 years at Deloitte, where they previously led the Tax & Legal practice in the Netherlands and held various leadership roles, including Corporate Strategy Officer and CFO Program Leader. Willem has collaborated with Tax Directors, CFOs, and CEOs of multinational companies, focusing on international corporate tax, restructuring, and business transformations. They have also contributed to Child and Youth Finance International as a member of the Executive Committee and Supervisory Board. Willem earned their degree from Leiden University.
