Wout Beunens is a Master’s student in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, demonstrating an analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous learning. Wout gained valuable experience through internships and consultancy projects, notably serving as an intern at Deloitte's Talent PMO and later as a Program Management Officer at Colruyt Group. Currently, Wout works as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors and guiding clients through their HR challenges. With a focus on project management, HR technology, and team dynamics, Wout’s educational journey includes earning both Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors.
