Ziad Baddou

Ziad Baddou is currently the Director of Consulting for FSI at Deloitte Conseil, overseeing operations in Morocco and Francophone Africa. With nine years of experience as a Manager in Organization and Management within the Banking and Insurance sector, Ziad has specialized in process reengineering, core banking selection, and change management. Previously, Ziad held positions at companies such as Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking and HomeServe, where they focused on operational risk and continuity planning. Ziad earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Risk Management from IAE Toulouse, alongside a French Baccalaureate from Lycée Regnault in Tanger.
