Fay Makrinos

Fay Makrinos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Fay is currently the Vice President of Business Intelligence and OCOO at Delos, where they support company operations and strategy, optimizes operational efficiencies, and leads special projects. Fay has been involved in projects such as implementing an OKR framework, streamlining technology stack, and enhancing company culture. Prior to this role, Fay served as the Vice President and Senior Director at Delos, where they supported the hospitality brand and led a company-wide reorganization.

Before joining Delos, Fay worked as a Project Manager at PCIS, where they managed tech projects and oversaw budget administration for private companies and insurance carriers. Fay also has experience as a Hazard Mitigation Planner at STUART WALLACE, LLC, where they led planning efforts and introduced methodologies and tools. Additionally, Fay served as the Northeast Program Director at WITT O'BRIEN'S, where they developed business development strategies across multiple states and territories.

Fay began their career as a Marketing Coordinator and Assistant Director at THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY, where they focused on boosting awareness and utilization of campus resources and locations. Fay also started a new department and implemented processes and procedures.

Fay Makrinos holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on International Public Health Development from The George Washington University. Fay also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Public Health from the same institution. In addition, they have a certification in Organization Design from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023.
